Pristimantis acuminatus is a species of frog in the family Craugastoridae. It is found in the Amazonian Ecuador, northern Peru, and adjacent Colombia and Brazil. It is a lowland Amazonian rainforest species that also occurs on the lower reaches of the Andes.
